Do you have a stock list? Are you under contract to sell a certain type of stock?
No way! We can choose an area we like with new builds homes and developments. We can pick and choose the properties that meet our client’s needs because we are not obligated to sell any specific properties. This is how we are able to provide our clients with customized recommendations. To maintain the reputation and progress in a region, we only select developments that have a very strong Owner-Occupier to Investor ratio. The demand rate is less significant than the limited supply, and we definitely don’t want you to buy alongside 1,000 other investors.
What is your service fee?
At Property Matters, we operate under a special paradigm where we represent the client and are compensated by the Builder or Developer. We operate independently and are not under any obligation to sell any particular stock. We choose the greatest properties for our clients after identifying particular regions in Pakistan that we like. We will provide a property to our clients when we locate one that meets their demands. If they choose to buy, the builder will pay us a commission. In this method, the builder can avoid paying for the services of sales and marketing personnel.
How do you choose a suitable investment location?
When deciding where to invest, we examine historical data and statistics to see if the area has the ideal characteristics to see long-term, sustainable growth. We also look at where the location is in its growth cycle to predict whether growth will occur soon. Micro and macro elements are taken into account when analyzing a region. Demographics, employment, gentrification indicators, local and state investments, business activity, infrastructure, local amenities, proximity to important employment centers, and a whole host of other factors are among these. This information is combined to build a picture of a region’s status and indicate whether it has the necessary foundation for value growth.
